Really helpful service, advised on the right tool and set-up (emails and a a phone call - we aren't local), delivered in a couple of days - super job. Set up was fairly straightforward - it took me a few minutes to spot the button on the safety guard and a couple of the nuts didn't thread easily. If you've watched any YouTube videos on these the rip fence on mine locks tight and seems pretty straight to me.

Never met John, arranged everything by 'phone and email but found both service and technical help excellent, plus they were less expensive than some catalogue superstores!. I ordered the lathe and explained that it was needed by a set date for a birthday, despite the manufacturer having delivery difficulties due to the current situation, John from Kendall Tools did everything possible to ensure it got here on time, I had several phone calls updating me on the progress. A minor problem with the control box was sorted immediately, and my son has turned most of the trees in my garden into candle sticks. An excellent supplier with first rate customer service.
